Troy Rector, age 93, was born in Sparta, Tennessee to Marion Francis and Effie Lewis Rector on July 8, 1930, and passed away in his home in Crossville on April 5, 2024.

He is survived by his wife: Cleasie M. Rector; sons: Dennie Rector (Teresa), Danny Rector (Mary), Donnie and Darrell Rector; grandchildren: Kayla, Troy, Austin, Rebecca, and Emily; several great-grandchildren; and sister: Geneva Sorrell.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sons: Doyle and Delbert Rector; grandsons: Dustin and Michael; and siblings: Alva and Thurman Rector, Ruby Jordan, and Richard Lewis.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 8, 2024, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. with a service to follow at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Bro. Howard Burnett will officiate. Burial will be in Browntown Cemetery
