The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded yesterday to a fatal vehicle crash in Blount County.

According to a preliminary report, a Buick was heading west on Highway 321 near W. Millers Cove Road when it went off the road and hit a rock and two trees. The car then rolled onto its top and came to a rest.

Troopers say 83-year-old James Hunter and 65-year-old Teresa Hill passed away from injuries sustained in the crash.
