Two road improvement projects in Fentress County should be completed by the end of the year. Crews are constructing a new bridge at Rotten Fork Road, which remains open to traffic. Motorists are advised to use caution and watch for construction equipment adjacent to the roadway. Workers are also building a new bridge on Vines Ridge Road over Big Laurel Creek. Vines Ridge Road is closed until at least the end of this month. Both projects are expected to be finished in November.
