Campbell New – Vickie Atilano, age 66 of Crossville, TN passed away June 22, 2025. She was born April 7, 1959, in Oliver Springs, TN, the daughter of John Taylor and Kathryn Gunter. She worked many years as a seamstress and was a member of Crossville Church of God. Vickie was a devoted and loving wife to her husband Lee. They shared the love of family but most importantly they shared the love of the Lord. She had a kind and giving heart who touched the lives of many. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have known her.

She is survived by her husband of over thirty years- Lee Atilano of Crossville, TN, children- Patricia England and her husband Jamie of Crossville, TN, Roger Moore and Tina, Stephen Atilano and Nichole all of Crossville, TN and Amy Stringfield of Georgia, stepchildren- Melissa Atilano of lake Jackson, TX, Louis Atilano and his wife Elizabeth of Houston, TX, Lil’ Lee Atilano of Crossville, Linda Lee Hernandez of Victoria, TX, Maria Cassidy of Alabama and Janie Atilano of Arab, AL, brother- Bruce Atkinson of Crossville, TN and many special grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her special grandparents- Walter and Cumi Gunter, brother- Ali Atkinson and sister- Darlene Atkinson.

Memorial services will be held Friday June 27, 2025, at 12noon at Hood Funeral home. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11am-12noon one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
