Victor S. Knapp, age 61 a resident of Parrottsville, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at the Roane Medical Center, Harriman, Tennessee. He was born October 1, 1960, in Bethesda, Maryland. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Esther Knapp; and his sister, Elizabeth Knapp.
