Wanda Galloway, 88

Crossville Memorial – Wanda Galloway, born on the 12th of February 1936, passed away peacefully on the 3rd of May 2025. She was a gem of a woman, born in Swifton, Arkansas, and later made her home in Crossville, Tennessee. Wanda was known for her radiant smile, a spirit that could light up a room, and a heart that was filled with warmth and kindness for everyone she met. She spent her working years as a dedicated general laborer at Carter’s Inc., where she was respected and loved by her colleagues. Wanda’s strength and endurance were an inspiration to many, and her stories about her experiences were always captivating and filled with wisdom. Wanda was predeceased by her beloved parents, Corey and Bulah (King) Manry, and her dear husband, Ralph Galloway, who she deeply missed. The joy of Wanda’s life was the love and companionship she shared with Ralph. Their love story was one of enduring devotion and is a testament to their unbreakable bond. While Wanda’s passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, her spirit and memories live on in those who were fortunate to know and love her. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM CDT at the Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. located at 2653 N. Main St. Crossville, Tennessee, 38555. A viewing will also take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM CDT at the same venue. This will be an opportunity to say our last goodbyes and to celebrate Wanda’s remarkable life.
