WAYNE COUNTY, KENTUCKY DEPUTIES ARREST TUTTLE AFTER BLOODY ALTERCATION WITH FEMALE
Wayne County, Kentucky deputies responded around 5:30 a.m. this morning to a domestic violence complaint with injuries on Kentucky Highway 1009. Upon arrival, officers found a female standing outside her residence bleeding from her face. The female stated she was attacked while she was asleep. The accused male, 24-year-old James Tuttle of Monitcello, Kentucky, opened the door of the residence then barricaded himself back inside when he saw officers. Tuttle reportedly made several threats that he would shoot the deputy if he entered the residence. Tuttle eventually opened the door and was taken into custody without any further resistance. The female victim was transported to the Wayne County Hospital for treatment by the Wayne County Emergency Medical Service. Tuttle was charged with 4th degree assault and 3rd degree terroristic threats. Tuttle was taken to the Wayne County Detention Center.
