SCAM WARNING:
We have had reports of people receiving calls from what appears to be a White County Sheriff’s Office phone number telling them that their loved one has been arrested and in order for he/she to be released they will have to pay money.
The Sheriff’s Office Staff will NEVER call and request money for someone to be bonded out! Please do NOT fall for this. We have had reports of people losing large amounts of money due to this SCAM.
