WILLARD BAILEY age 78 of Harriman, TN formerly of Crossville, TN passed away February 12, 2023. He was born August 17, 1944, in Crossville, TN the son of Frank and Pauline Cannon Bailey. He retired after more than 50 years of carpentry work. Will made many friendships in Roane and surrounding counties. IN his down time, he enjoyed hanging out with Ron Ivey, George, Jimmy and the rest of the boys at D&R Automotive and Towing in Kingston. He loved watching NASCAR and attending local races. Spending time with his friends and family are some of his fondest memories. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Pauline, brothers- Charles and Harry Bailey, sisters- Georgia Mae Wilson, Betty Deck and Margaret Bailey and beloved grandson- Heath Bailey.

He is survived by his sons- Russell Bailey and Jamie Bailey, brothers- Larry Bailey and Michael Bailey, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday February 18, 2023, at 4pm EST at Big Emory Baptist Church in Harriman, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2pm-4pm EST at the church.  The address is Big Emory Baptist Church, 1607 Webster Rd., Harriman, TN.
