Funeral Services for William “Billy” Stuart Taylor, age 57, of Cleveland, TN, who passed away on January 23, 2022 will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home with burial to follow at Green Acres Memory Gardens.
