William Eugene Clark of Sparta, Tennessee passed away July 11, 2026, after a short illness. He was born May 31, 1971 in Beckley, West Virginia. William was a talented handyman who loved to fish with his devoted dog, Roxie.

William is survived by his loving and devoted partner of 10 years, Angela (Angie) Douglas; father, Robert Clark (Nola) of Tennessee; sons, Zachery, Caleb, and Aidan Clark of Maryland; sister, Cheryl Elkins of Tennessee, brothers, Robert Jr (Tammy) Clark and Cory Clark of Tennessee; stepbrother, Michael Cook of West Virginia; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a very special nephew and fishing buddy, Kristopher. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Trewyn; and his grandparents.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
