Willie Colene (Riddle) Dulworth, 89

Mrs. Willie Colene (Riddle) Dulworth of the Cedar Hill Community in Albany, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, having attained the age of 89 years, 4 months, and 19 days. She was born on Wednesday, March 10, 1937, in Albany, Kentucky, the daughter of William Powers “Bill” & Olga (McGill) Riddle. Willie Colene was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a woman of the Methodist faith and had strong beliefs that guided her life. She found joy in the simple things in life, especially gardening, sewing, and spending time socializing with family and friends. She was especially gifted at foraging for wild roots and native plants, sharing her knowledge and appreciation of nature with those around her. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to joke, bringing laughter and happiness to everyone she met. She lovingly helped raise her grandchildren, gently shaping their values and sharing her outlook on life, including a deep sense of resilience that continues to live on in them. Willie Colene will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her kindness, laughter, faith, and love for her family will continue to live on through the many lives she touched. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ray Dulworth; son, Russell Dulworth; brother, Alvin Riddle; and nephew, Ralph Shelton.

She is survived by her daughter, Letha Beaty (& Wayne); sister, Nadine Shelton; grandchildren, Ashley Beaty (& Matt), Whitney Dulworth (& Jason); great-grandchildren, Aubrey Duvall, Robert Harrod, Lauren Harrod, Desmond Huckaby, and Phoenix Huckaby; great-great-grandchild, Tobey Duvall; along with several cherished nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. in The Memory Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Donald McGill officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 31, 2026, after 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour. Burial will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky.
