Longtime Wilson County school bus driver David Wright was laid to rest in a school bus casket Sunday. Wright passed away at the age of 76. Wright dedicated more than 50 years of his life serving the Wilson County school system. Crowds gathered at Lebanon High School on Sunday for Wright’s funeral. He was later buried in a custom, yellow school bus casket. The school bus transportation department will be named in Wright’s honor.
