Once again we are under a winter storm watch send the Cumberland Plateau through Middle Tennessee and up in the Southern Kentucky from 3 p.m. Wednesday to 6 p.m. Thursday for a variety of precipitation some of it Frozen and some of that could be plain rain over the plateau. The further west you go the worse the weather will be and the further east it will be mostly rain. I will keep you updated throughout the day on Wednesday and Wednesday night on the progress of this storm. High temperatures Wednesday and Thursday in the upper 30s but dropping to near freezing Thursday night so the plateau will be right on the borderline
