WORLD’S LARGEST SNICKER BAR PRODUCED IN TEXAS

Now that is a candy bar!

The world’s largest Snicker bar was unveiled to the public this week at the Mars Wrigley plant in Waco, Texas. The candy bar is 12 feet long, 24 inches high and 26 inches wide. And if you want to talk about calorie count, bear in mind this colossal candy bar weighs over two tons! (4,728 pounds to be exact)

This Snicker bar also made it into the Guinness World Records. The requirements for a chocolate nut bar to make it into the record book is it must be 80 percent chocolate and nuts and fit for human consumption. The minimum weight requirement for the Guinness World Records is 220 pounds. This candy bar far exceeded that.

Mars created the giant candy bar for the upcoming Super Bowl and will be showcased in a commercial during the game February 2, 2020.
