The race is on tonight to see how quick the cold air can get here and how much moisture we still have around. The weather service has trimmed our accumulation a little bit more to 1 to 2 inches. Snow will begin after midnight and last until mid-morning so that is when roads are most likely to be hazardous. Temperatures will stay in the 20s Tuesday and Wednesday during the day and dropped to the teens Tuesday night and single digits Wednesday night. If you live out in the county and your road becomes hazardous it is likely to stay that way several days. Temperatures will climb to the 30s on Friday and 50s by Sunday. Another little snow system could pass through Thursday night and Friday morning to complicate matters.
