Several more inches is likely all across East Tennessee and the Plateau. Friday will be a day with clearing and very cool with high temperatures only in the low 50s. The Halloween weekend is looking sunny and dry but continued cool. Monday and Tuesday mornings it will get even colder with low temperatures in the upper 20s to low 30s and a heavy Frost will be likely.
