28-YEAR-OLD MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING SUNDAY SHOOTING IN KNOXVILLE
Devon Little, 28, has been arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder and reckless endangerment following a Sunday shooting that left one man injured.
According to the Knoxville Police Department, officers responded on Sunday, September 20, 2026, to a reported shooting in the 1600 block of Jourolman Avenue near Alliance Drive. First responders located a 29-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive his injuries.

The Investigation: KPD Violent Crimes detectives quickly identified Little as the primary suspect in the case.

The Arrest: Investigators secured a search warrant for a residence located on Alliance Drive. The Special Operations Squad, alongside the Community Engagement Response Team and Violent Crimes Unit detectives, executed the warrant and successfully took Little into custody inside the home.
