Wednesday afternoon, a Cumberland County deputy stopped a vehicle driven by 57-year-old David Lee Blount of Crossville, in the parking lot of Dollar General in Lake Tansi, knowing he did not have a license. Dispatch confirmed Blount’s license had been revoked for driving under the influence. Blount was arrested and charged with driving on a revoked license. The arrest report indicates this same deputy arrested Blount on the same charge three weeks ago.
