The Cumberland County Commission will vote on several resolutions at its monthly meeting tomorrow evening. They include appointment of a county human-resources director, applying for Community Development Block Grant funds through the Tennessee Department  of Economic and Community Development, sale of delinquent-tax properties, and several budget amendments. The meeting starts at 6 in the large meeting room on the third floor of the Cumberland County Courthouse. The public is invited to attend.

The Commission generally meets on the third Monday of each month; however, due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on Monday, the meeting was pushed ahead to Tuesday.

The February meeting will also be on the third Tuesday, because of the Presidents’ Day holiday.
