An individual from Pickett County was arraigned in court yesterday for a child sex crime. Court officials state 36-year-old Oscar Garcia faces aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. In court, the judge set the next appearance date for Garcia for November 14, 2019. He is being held in the Pickett County jail under a half million dollar bond.
