TWO INDICTED FOR MURDER/ATTEMPTED MURDER IN LOUDON COUNTY

Prosecutors announced today a Loudon County grand jury handed down indictments against two people. The first is 26-year-old David Tyler Miles of Lenoir City who was indicted for first-degree murder, especially aggravated burglary and theft. Miles was allegedly involved in a deadly shooting and manhunt in Loudon County back in February. The second is 42-year-old Leslie W. Myers of Greenback. She faces attempted first-degree murder and aggravated assault after she allegedly stabbed her husband multiple times at a home on Highway 95. Both will be arraigned in criminal court this Monday (August 19, 2019).
