A single vehicle crash in southern Fentress County late yesterday claimed the life of a woman. Troopers say a 2009 Mazda driven by 46-year-old Rhonda J. Geracci of Deer Lodge was traveling east on Highway 62 in Clarkrange when she ran off the road and hit a tree. The vehicle caught fire after impact. Bystanders removed Geracci from the vehicle. The report says Geracci was not restrained at the time of the accident.
