Thyra Jane LeBlanc, age 69, of Kingston, passed away January 19, 2020. Friends and family will gather for a private, invitation only, memorial service Tuesday, January 28, 2020 with full Military Honors conducted by the United States Airforce. Fraker Funeral Home of Kingston is in charge of all the arrangements.
