Funeral services for Joyce Elise Miller, age 85, of Crossville, will be held Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.. Survivors include children: Sheila Highers, Kenneth Miller, Karen Conatser (Larry), and Richard Miller; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters: Rita Miller and Sharon Mullins (Cecil); and numerous nieces and nephews.
