Funeral services for Conley A. Howard, age 75, of Crossville, will be held Sunday February 23, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Grassy Cove Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Grassy Cove Cemetery. He is survived by his brothers: Harold and Wesley Howard; and sister: Janice Hall.
