A Wayne County, Kentucky grand jury has indicted a man on sex crime charges. Officers took 51-year-old Marvin Morrow of Monticello, Kentucky into custody for first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sodomy, and being a persistent felony offender. Morrow was taken to the Wayne County jail and is being held on no bond on the sexual abuse and sodomy charges and $100,000 bond on the rape charge.
