Survivors include sons: Kevin Douglas and Scott Douglas; daughters: Cynthia Douglas and Terri Frazier; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; sisters: Evelyn Carey (Fred) and Patty Sutherland; and brother: Bub Richards.
