A tragic ATV accident in Bledsoe County Saturday claimed the life of a juvenile from Cumberland County. Officers and medics responded to an area off of Upper East Valley Road around 3 p.m. Saturday to the scene. Authorities say 12-year-old Joseph V. Warlick of Crossville lost his life in the accident. No further information will be released.
