Knoxville police says the body recovered in a lake by officers yesterday off the 10,800 block of Rogers Island Road was identified as 48-year-old Tiffany Trull. She was reported missing out of Jefferson County back on February 28, 2020. An autopsy has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death. Foul play is not suspected at this time, but investigators continue to look into her disappearance.
