The Roane County School Systems announces Jessica Rittenhouse will be the new principal for Bowers Elementary School. Rittenhouse graduated from Harriman High School in 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Science as well as a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Johnson University. She is currently completing her third year as assistant principal at Cherokee Middle School.
