Bradford Scott “Scotty” Griffis, age 63, of Harriman, passed away May 29, 2020 at his home. Scotty worked at K-25, ORNL, and Y-12 for over 20 years. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his sisters: Perle Golden of Kentucky, Mildred Robinson of Harriman, Sally Neeley of Kingston, and Dorthy Patterson of Harriman; brothers: Bo Griffis of Rockwood, Lynn Griffis (Brenda) of Rockwood, and Johnny Griffis (Darlene) of Harriman; stepdaughter: Gina Fox of Knoxville; stepson: Kevin Fox of Nashville; grandchildren: Aidan and Savannah Bush of Knoxville and Wyatt Fox of Nashville; special niece: Missy Green (Mark) of Rockwood; and a host of nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2020 at the Sinking Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery in Clinton, Tennessee. Kyker Funeral Home of Harriman is serving the Griffis family.
