Ruth Jeanette Galyon, age 97, of Roane County, passed away July 19, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years: Venton Galyon; son: Glenn Galyon; daughters: Carrie Crabtree and Billie Walker Croft; son-in-laws: Henry Anderson, Johnny Mac Walker and Hailard Crabtree; grandson: Michael Crabtree; great-granddaughter: Melody Galyon; and great-grandson: Josh Walker. She is survived by her daughter: Judy Anderson of Paint Rock, Tennessee; daughter-in-law: Linda Galyon of Ten Mile, Tennessee; and a host of grandkids, great grandkids and great-great grandkids. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2020 in Midway Church of God Cemetery.
