An investigation by the TBI resulted in the indictment and arrest of a man on child sex crimes. Agents identified 35-year-old Adam Ferguson as the individual responsible for the pornography distribution, as well as other offenses. A Bledsoe County Grand Jury this week returned indictments charging Ferguson with rape of a child, criminal attempt child rape, especially aggravated exploitation of a minor, and 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Ferguson was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Bledsoe County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
