Patricia Leah Ellis, age 68, of Crossville, passed away August 13, 2020 at her home. She was born July 5, 1952 in Tipton Indiana, the daughter of Darrel and Peggie (Taylor) Perdue. She married Richard Clay Ellis, of Hoopston Illinois and had three daughters. Pat worked as a medical secretary for 15 years and prided herself in the assisted raising of her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years: Richard (Rick) Ellis; daughters: Melissa (Matt) Clyde, Amanda (Jeff) Dyer, and Jessica (Russ) Brooks, all of Crossville; sisters: Gail (Ray) Wix of Westmoreland, Tennessee and Debbie (Bob) Lange  of Tipton, Indiana; brother: Kevin (Vickie) Perdue of Dallas, Oregon; and 8 grandchildren ranging in age from 1 to 17, all of Crossville. She is preceded in death by her parents: Darrel and Peggie (Taylor) Perdue of Lafayette, Tennessee. Cremation rights will be observed. Service will be held at Gateway Baptist Church, 53 Park Lane Spur, Crossville TN. Visitation will be 1 until 2 p.m. Sunday, August 16, 2020 with memorial service immediately to follow.
