Elizabeth Carol Hughes Adkins, age 76, of Rockwood, passed away August 29, 2020. She is survived by her son: Brian Mathis of Beaverbrook, Ohio; daughter: Melissa Mathis of Doyline, Louisiana; step-son: Jay Adkins of San Diego, California; sisters: Jennie & “Teenie”; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family. The family will be having a small gathering of relatives and close friends at the Hughes family cemetery in Westel Saturday, September 5, 2020 at noon central time for a graveside service.
