Kansas authorities arrested 44-year-old Guy William O’Connell of Rhea County after being indicted by a grand jury for first-degree murder and abuse of a corpse. O’Connell stands accused of the death of 34-year-old Amber Renee Monday of Bradley County. Her body was recently found in a shallow grave on Dayton Mountain in Rhea County. Prosecutors are working to extradite the suspect back to Tennessee.
