The City of Harriman has decided to take a different approach on the Trunk or Treat they host this year turning it into a drive-thru event. Officials released a map (seen in this story) to help the public understand the flow of traffic and entrance for the trunk or treat event. Roads will close for vendor setup at 4 p.m. eastern on all roads listed on map. There is only one entrance beginning at Carter Street and the second on Crescent is to show the beginning of Trunk or Treat vendors. Also the trunk or treat route ends at the intersection of Trenton and Crescent. The event will start at 5 p.m. and runs until 8 p.m. eastern October 29, 2020.
