Monticello, Kentucky police responded to a break-in during the nighttime hours at Momma Hens Daycare on High Street. Video surveillance captured 26-year-old Clayton Keith Sexton of Monticello reportedly at the scene. He was charged with third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
