The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 11-year-old passed away from injuries sustained in an off-road vehicle accident late yesterday in Overton County on Rushing Springs Road between Monterey and Livingston. Troopers indicated the Polaris was travelling southbound, went into a sharp curve and overturned trapped the child underneath. The identity of the minor was not released.
