Patsy Rhea Frazier, age 81, was born August 4, 1939 in Cumberland County and passed away June 22, 2021. She loved spending time with family and friends and going to church. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Crossville.

She is survived by her husband: Robert Frazier; sons: Billy Frazier (Debbie), Keith Frazier (Darla), and David Frazier (Joy); 5 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Merville and Ruby (Vandever) Atkins.

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 26, 2021 from noon until 2 p.m. central at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with the service to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Cumberland County.
