Court officials say a trial was scheduled to start this Tuesday in Cumberland County for 48-year-old Billy Joe Wannyn but is now postponed. He is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated burglary. Wannyn is accused of the death of 71-year-old Albin Buechel at a Seagraves Road home in Pleasant Hill in 2018. The victim reportedly was stabbed several times. Wannyn will return to court for a status update July 15, 2021.
