Yesterday, West Roane County Volunteer Fire Department responded to a structure and woods fire in Roane County.  Along with the West County Volunteer Fire Department,  Roane County Sherrif’s Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Rockwood City Fire Department, Midtown, Blair, South Roane, and West Roane Volunteers, and Roane County Emergency Services & Homeland Security all helped provide aid.
