HARRIMAN, TN – VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System will host a Veterans Resource Fair, Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025, from 4 – 7 p.m. ET, at Roane State Community College-Dunbar Building located at 276 Patton Lane, in Harriman, Tennessee.

Dare to drive through the darkness? This October, Riverfront Park transforms into a twisted trail of terror—and you’re invited to take the ride—if you dare! From 7-10 pm your car becomes your coffin as you creep through a haunted path packed with scares, screams and spine-chilling sights! This drive-thru only fright fest is FREE and open to all who crave the thrill of Halloween night—just be sure you make it out! One night only—One way in—No turning back.  

The Lake Tansi Exchange Club invites the community to experience a breathtaking tribute at the 4th Annual Crossville Field of Honor®, taking place Saturday, November 8 through Saturday, November 15 at Garrison Park, 542 4th Street, Crossville, TN. This powerful and moving display is free to the public and open daily for all to walk among more than 700 American flags, each symbolizing service, sacrifice, and honor. Each flag in the Field of Honor represents a story – a tribute to veterans, living or deceased. Every flag will bear a customized placard with a heartfelt dedication, reminding us that freedom is not free and that America’s strength lies in its unity, symbolized by the Stars and Stripes. Flag Sponsorships Individuals can sponsor a flag for $35, with the option to take it home after the event or have it shipped.
