Funeral Service for Huel Sampson Neal, age 91, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, will be held in the Chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at Green Acres Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM prior to the service.

Survivors: Sons- Charles Neal (Rhonda), Gary Neal (Kathy), and Mike Neal (Lisa); Daughter- Carol Carney (Lee); 15 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren; Brothers- Luther Neal Jr. and Leon Neal; Sister- Ruth McCoy.
