ROANE COUNTY: MAN CHARGED WITH SECOND-DEGREE MURDER AFTER WOMAN OVERDOSES

One man identified as 38-year-old Clinton Shayne Clark was arrested following an indictment by the Rockwood Police Department. He was booked into the Roane County Jail Tuesday evening around 6:00 p.m. and charged with three counts of Second-Degree Murder. He is currently being held on a $300,000 Bond.
The case against him stems from an overdose of a female, Teresa Annette Coulter. Clark allegedly purchased the Heroin laced with fentanyl, which resulted in her death.
According to a witness, the alleged drug deal was conducted at The Big E’s Store parking lot in Rockwood Monday afternoon. The initial place of contact for Coulter was in Harriman in the Pinnacle Pointe Shopping Center where the two were. She was then transported to the nearby Roane Medical Center and pronounced dead. The report also states that another arrest for the same charges may be coming to a Rockwood woman who allegedly sold the drugs to the pair.
This case is still being investigated.
