MISSING KNOXVILLE 16-YEAR-OLD FOUND SAFE

(UPDATE: Holly Piper has been found SAFE in Mississippi and William “Dylan” Usry has been taken into custody.)

A Tennessee Amber Alert has been issued on behalf of the Knoxville Police Department – TN for 16 y/o Holly Piper.

They may be traveling in a white 1999 Dodge Caravan with TN tag BMM5038. The van has rust on the roof.
