MANY GATHERED TO GREET LOCAL FIREFIGHTER AND DISPATCHER WITH LEUKEMIA

On Friday afternoon, several emergency personnel gathered at the intersection of Northside Drive and HWY 70 North to welcome local Casey Clark back home from the hospital.
Casey Clark is a 25-year-old from Crossville, TN. He has been a Volunteer Firefighter with the Cumberland County Fire Dept. for 7 years and also an E-911 Dispatcher for almost 3 years at Crossville/Cumberland Co. Central Communications.
Recently after leaving his night shift of dispatching he responded to a vehicle crash on his way home. Upon arrival at the accident, Casey lost consciousness and was taken to the hospital for evaluation. After many tests were run, it was determined that Casey has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
There will be a Spaghetti Dinner/Fundraiser for Casey Clark on Friday, April 28, 2023, at the Cumberland County Complex (Fairgrounds). This fundraiser is to help Casey and his family during this time of need. Along with the spaghetti dinner, an auction, 5k, and more will be happening.  The event will begin at 5 p.m. There will not be a set price for the supper, but instead, a donation that people are comfortable making to help Casey and his family.
