SUSPECTED FENTANYL DEALER WANTED IN BRADLEY COUNTY ESCAPES CUSTODY THURSDAY
East Ridge, TN- A man who has multiple fentanyl charges has escaped police custody. Joseph Osterland is 6’6″ and 220 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing blue shorts, slides, and a black shirt. He is wanted out of Bradley County and garnered fentanyl charges (1000 doses) upon his arrest today.
Joseph Osterlund is suspected of taking a 2007 Mazda CX-9, TN tag NCC892, during his escape. Photos of the actual vehicle have been added.
