Roane County, TN- According to reports, one person is dead and one injured after strong winds blew the roof off a dugout during opening ceremonies at the Brillo Miller Sports Complex Saturday in Rockwood.

The roof landed on two people, an adult female, and a child.

The child was transported to Tennova West with non-life-threatening injuries while the woman was sent to Roane Medical Center to be stabilized. Unfortunately, according to reports, has passed away due to her injuries.
